rest of the world. If you&#8217;ve only ever drunk your sake warm, then you might be surprised<br />
to find that a number of restaurants and bars are now serving sake slightly chilled and in glass—even <a href="http://uncrate.com/stuff/riedel-o-sake-set/" target="_blank">Riedel</a> have their own sake set.</p>
<p>The <a href="http://www.businessday.com.au/executive-style/top-drop/sipping-in-the-realm-of-the-senses-20120228-1u049.html" target="_blank">complexity of sake</a> is mostly unknown<br />
to Western palates, but like wine has similar flavour notes, such as apples, bananas, melons, flowers, herbs and spices.</td>

I discovered him a few years ago and have since become an admirer of the man who &#8216;created architecture from ordinary materials and local methods&#8217;.<br />
